My mechanic recommended this company when I needed new tyres for my car. I arrived at their premises at 3.00pm on an obviously very busy Tuesday afternoon and was attended to promptly. I said I needed new tyres - but I wasn't sure how many. The Salesman inspected my tyres and informed me that I urgently required two new front tyres but my back tyres were still good for several thousand kms yet. He recommended some good quality tyres at a reasonable price and advised me that I should have a wheel alignment done at the time of fitting. He asked me when I would like the job done and I asked was it possible to have it done today. After checking, he assured me that it could be done and would be ready by close of business at 5.00pm.

I left the premises while the job was being completed, but if I had chosen to stay, there were comfortable chairs in front of a television, free tea, coffee & hot chocolate, a water cooler, newspapers and magazines, a well appointed and very large ladies restroom with disabled access and a baby change table. There was complimentary baby wipes and Johnsons baby powder on the change table, good quality loo paper, good quality room freshener, good quality handwash and complimentary hand lotion. All making for a very comfortable wait if needed.

When I went to pick up my car, the job had been finished and my invoice/receipt included a complimentary Long Life Tyre Plan with reminders of when to take my car in for free and discounted services for the remainder of the life of my tyres.

Every salesman that I interacted with during this time was professional, friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this company at this address for a very high quality service - more than I've ever experienced when getting new tyres in the past.

Took my car there to have tyres fitted - I wanted an out of stock tyre, which they had delivered to the store the following day and fit within the hour.

All for the lowest quoted price around also.

Fantastic friendly service also - both the office staff but also the tyre fitter who was happy to speak to me about how many more kms I could get out of my remaining tyres and approximately when they should be replaced.

Overall fantastic!
