Very Poor customer service and unprofessional staff

Had some j trax tyres put on my 2009 hyundai tucson have been coming her for over 15 years awalys had good customer service would recommend anyone. To come see these guys for your tyres. Mike Mc Manus.

Tony and his team have been taking care of my tyre needs for about 10 years. This included sports cars, regular sedans and now a new Subaru Outback Sports. I've swapped out my manufacturer tyres which were fantastic quality tyres. But with a fully all wheel drive vehicle. I wanted the best tyres, to get the most out of the vehicle.
Again Tony, his team and a set of 18" Geolander go15's. They steered me to the right tyre for my needs.
I've found that they are brilliant for customer back up there at Bob Jane Joondalup. That's why I keep going back there. Always the best tyre for it's actual intended performance and reliability. They'll happily point you towards a cheaper tyre if that will be good for your needs.

Recently had 4 new tyres for my Getz. Had no idea what would be the best, so felt a bit vulnerable. There are a few tyre places in this location, I drove into all of them to show them the car and get a quote. I chose Bob Jane for a few reasons. Having driven round the back where ample parking was I was greeted by a friendly technician working on a car who took me through to the office to be attended to. Again, two cheery chaps greeted me, and after one inspected my car I was given a few choices on the best for my car, depending on my budget. They fitted me in the very next morning, and being conveniently located across the road from Lakeside shops, I was able to occupy the time to my liking closeby. Very impressed with a clean organised office and workshop. Will keep going there. Recommend

Needed a wheel alignment done on my wife's car urgently and they told me to bring it down that day. We only waited 2 or 3 minute to be served, they had a really positive attitude and they were finished in under an hour (plus offered us tea and coffee). Will definitely go there next time.
