Thank you so very much to Luke and the crew at Bob Jane. I discovered a flat tyre this morning (nail embedded) when I arrived at work. Rang Bob Jane asap. Straight away I was booked in and within the hour my tyre was repaired. Car is back on the road and I am feeling safe about travelling again. Such professionalism, efficiency and great customer service.

I can't give enough thanks to Dean and the boys at Hoppers Crossing.
Today I got a flat tyre on the West Gate outbound heading to Hoppers.
From my first call to check which way I needed to unscrew the wheel nuts (clockwise/anticlockwise) to Luke then helping me out again by telling me to kick it loose I thought I'd have to wait the THREE HOURS for RACV to come out.
Arrived at 11:30am. Dean said he had a second hand tyre that was EXACTLY THE SAME as my current Lancer one that still had 60% on it for $50.
They did it on the spot, replaced the wheel nut I ruined and removed a nail from another tyre in 30 minutes.
I reckon this team should work for a F1 Pit Team.
Like I said, I cannot express my satisfaction enough, the service I received today exceeded any expectation I had of getting everything fixed.

One thing that stands out for me is this companies willingness to always check my tyre pressure for me which is something I would find difficult to do myself. They report on the state of tyres and supply new ones at competitive rates.

Fantastic overall, great service value and service. Will come back again and happily fix my car.

dean & billy are partners in this business and can't be more helpful the customer is treated as customers used to be. While my car is company owned on a fully maintained fleet lease these two guys really sell the safety side of better tyres to the fleet company

I had the fortune of winning a wheel balance voucher for them, so I got my new tyres fitted there... Very happy with their job, explained everything I needed and wanted to know... Very friendly staff who are professional and down to earth at the same time.

The boys at Bob Jane's Hopper's are very professional although one of them barracks for Collingwood.
They book your car in, they give you a time, stick to it and do the job reliably... The follow up service is also great and I think I got about 10,000 extra km from my last set of tyres... That's good economy and good for the environment.

I love the fact that they organize their workday so everybody can have lunch together... Looking after their staff means that they'll look after us as customers as well... Good workplace relations.

What can I say...
1. Service, well you book in your car, and you get it back on time.
2. Value, you get quoted for the job, and it never breaks the budget...and you only get the best product available in the market.
3. Price, there is a price range that suits everyone...yet they still manage to remain competitive.

I have tried a number of different Tyre Places around Werribee over the years and I believe that these guys are most professional and consistent that I've come across.
You book your car in for a set time, the work is completed on time and at the agreed cost .......there are no costly surprises....
If they believe that the car requires work, they let you know so that you can take it to your own mechanic.
I've been going to them for a number of years now and so have my kids who have all been happy with their work.
