I was very happy with the customer service at bob jane redcliffe. I had to have all 4 tyres replaced, they've given me a good price. I finished work late but they were kind enough to wait for me to pick up the car. I'm a happy customer!

i went there to get two new tyres for my car just a few days ago. these guys quoted my father ten dollars cheaper for each tyre and twenty dollars cheaper for the wheel alingment. when i walked thru the door they saw he was not with me and upped the price. that made me feel like ill never go there again. and any female that asks ill advise them not to either. i dont see why i should have to pay more than any male for car services they are expensive as it is. they were nice enough about it too.

I recently bought 2 new tyers from them and found the communication ok but when i arrived to get my car it still didnt have the wheels back on the car so i then had to wait another 45 mins for this to happen. I wasnt in a hurry fortunately but i thought it was not a good thing at the time.
