I have used Bob Jane Ringwood for all our tyre replacements. Yesterday i had a 10am booking to have a puncture repair. I returned at 12, the agreed time, to pick up my car, and they hadn't even started. Given that i had arranged transport and someone to look after the two children, and had gone to the effort to make a booking, this poor service is really disappointing.

Visited these guys for four new tyres after seeing the positive ratings on WOMOW. Very friendly and informative service. They recommended some suitable tyres, explained what made them good and charged me a very reasonable price. They also gave me some freebies like one free puncture repair for the life of each tyre and a free wheel alignment in 5000km time. I would use them again. Quick and affordable with excellent service.

Had tyres changed twice here, always given great advice and service. Pricing is competitive, too, and when I went in for brand new tyres they gave me the catalogue prices even though the catalogue wasn't due to hit the streets until the next day. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

Had to get new tyers last week and they did not have the ones i wanted in stock, so i said guess ill come back in a few days i said , and he said no i will try to get them in today anyway , i went and did some shopping then 2 hours latter i was walking back and he said your car is ready , and i was like wow , that is great.

My car was pulling to the left side of the road constantly and really bugging me. Went to Bob Jane and they picked up that my two front tyres were different (diff business that fitted them never mentioned this). They explained clearly and simply what they would do to test and fix (wheel alignment and move tyres around) and they fixed it. No hard sell trying to sell me more tyres, and even better they called the next day to see how the car was driving.
