I had my near new Nissan Patrol looked at as I wanted the tyres to last as long as possible (Preventative Maintenance). I had them look at the tyres and a wheel alignment and balancing done. After this the car shook horribly whilst driving down the highway. My wife took the car back and had to wait for over half an hour whilst the guy on service desk had a chat with mates in the car park. They re-balanced the wheels, however on inspection when home; one of the wheels had a massive new gouge mark on the inside of the wheel – which looks like it was done throwing onto the balance machine.
To top it off, I am now shopping for new tires as the alignment that was done has totally caused my tires to wear incorrectly due to alignment. One side of the tyre is near bald and the other is really good. Stay away!
