I had a serious issue with my power steering on the way home from a short drive during the Christmas Holidays. I limped home and called the NRMA. They said the car was undriveable so I left a message on Mark's messaging service to book in my car on Jan 13th when the firm returned to work. Mark contacted me the same day and got me to get the NRMA to tow the car to his workshop the next day. The car was fixed within a few hours and I was back on the road the same day
