Bad customer service
Apart from their expensive prices, they don’t do good after sale service !
We bought an expensive dog from them and they offered us a voucher for a credit of $ 200 ( they never gave us a document about it ) and when we tried to claim it back , they said it had already expired as it is valid for 4 months only ! even they have never told us that while purchasing the dog !
I don’t recommend them for anyone

Bobs birds and pets is a nice friendly community place it has everything you need and more great service and great prices

I was just wondering, I am thinking of getting a fish on the weekend and I really want to get a BETTA fish do they sell them? And if so do they have much of a variety and how much will one cost? Plz answer somebody

Have bought Fish, mice and birds from here. Also some pet supplies. I find they are a little bit more expensive than other places for the same quality product. The service is ok, but could be better.

I brought my sharpei from here, was lovely service and they really look after their animals they sell anything from spiders and scorpions too birds (currently a beautiful macaw in store too look at) fish dogs cats ferrets mice rats and rabbits have heaps if pet supplies and enclosures fish tanks eat
We love just walk in too have a look around

Although a little bit more expensive than other pet stores these guys are amazing. The staff are knowledgeable and more than happy to help with what you are looking for. I bought a fish tank accessory which broke within an hour of purchase and with no questions asked replaced it with no fuss. Would highly recommend them.

Always great service, a little more expensive than the other pet shops but you get what you pay for! We get the majority of our Tropical fish from Bob's. They are always very healthly and parasite free. The staff are quite knowledgeable about aquariums too.
