I just had the most amazing post natal full body massage by Renee at Body Balance. For the first time ever since being pregnant and breastfeeding, I was incredibly comfortable lying on my front, as Renee had a full body support pillow. My chest felt like it was in a marshmallow and I had no pressure on my tummy. Exactly the right pressure during the massage, with special focus on all those muscles used to hold and feed babies! Absolutely fresh and clean smelling linen, oversized towels, every minute was enjoyable! Thank you!
