Write a reviewDid the September Boot camp at Lake Burley Griffin. Its around $180 for 12 x 1 hour sessions. I didn't think the trainers were particularly fit, nor did they push us hard enough during the training sessions. I would go one-on-one next time and not take the group boot camp to get a more personalised program.
