I have been seeing physiotherpaist (Brett) for kneecap dislocation rehab for about 3 weeks now and I am more than pleased with the improvements in pain and mobilisation of my knee.Brett is very friendly and professional.He had a good look at my scans and has analysed /followed my condition in detail.Each session is for 20 mins and includes stretches,demonstration of stretches to do at home and ultra sound therapy for pain and swelling.He shares all important details and is happy to answer questions.Initial consult was for 72 which included detailed diagnosis and a plan to mobilize my knee.Second session onwards is 56 each.After 3 weeks, the pain is gone and I am able to walk without crutches!
