Mixed gym, ladies only gym, and we run 20+ group classes a week

Pump,BoxingCircuit's,Cycle,Abs,Boxercise,Yoga,BootCamp,XFit,Warrior, Mature Age,Tai Chi and Body Blitz,

Plus ongoing assessments and prgram's to suit your needs.

We also have Pilates at an additional cost and Personal Training at an addiotonal cost.

Very nice with friendly staff. The massages are really good. Prices arent too bad. I would go there again
