they would have to be one of the best pannel beaters in sydney friendly outstanding and a pleasure to deal with nothing was a problem, these guys made me feel positive and most of all such a great job just very understanding, great staff its a pleasure to deal with a company like Body tech, good on you guys keep up with the outstanding work ,its a pleasure dealing with you guys I would rate you guys as 7 stars.

Oh my goodness....can’t speak highly enough. Without going into too much detail my vehicle after an accident fell into the hands of a very ‘bad’ panel beater .... my Insurance Company came to the rescue and handed my vehicle over to Bodytech. From my first phone call to them they made me feel very re-assured and welcome to pop in or ring anytime. Their honesty is unquestionable. Interactions face to face and over the phone with all staff members were very warm and professional. Their work environment is spotless and their attention to detail is mind blowing. My car came back to me like ‘brand new’. They went ‘over’ and ‘beyond’ Totally recommend.

Absolute rubbish panel beater, came into the shop to get a quote on a custom modification and waited for 2 hours before someone had a look at what I needed I then asked them . after waiting they did not even ask what I needed they just simply said we don’t have time . What a waste 2 hours of time. They were rude and very unprofessional. Don’t bother wasting your time !

Easily some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I was followed out of their office, then abused, insulted, yelled at and mocked. Their frontman was easily the most unprofessional, rudest person I've encountered in any business. He tried to be intimidating and stand-over, and when I didn't fold he just turned abusive. And to top it off, they didn't complete the repair job. While the door panel was fixed, the door handle was untouched. I'll never be going there again, and I would encourage anyone else to stay away. Quality of work: 2/10 Customer service: 0/10
