If I could give this place 10 stars I would, I’ve had trust issues with hairdressers in the past, so I’ve been DIYing and damaging my hair for quite sometime. I was recommended this place by a colleague of mine and I was not disappointed, I am willing to travel the 2 hours to get to them. Hayley R, you are a magician, I don’t know how you fixed my messed up, stripey, orange and damaged hair but you did. I honestly cannot find the words to express my gratitude and appreciation to all the lovely ladies who looked after me. If you’re after people who know their profession, have humility, care and kindness this is the place for you, Hayley, Hayley and Catherine THANK YOU so much for all that you did, I will definitely be coming back.

No. I would not recommend this salon. An Iranian lady did my hair, she was rough washing it and charged well over what it should have cost and was rude. I will not be going back.

Good for a quick trim as they reasonably priced, however I wouldn't get a style cut here or anything complicated. Sort of similar to 'Just Cuts' kind of place

I recently experienced the worst customer service at Boffa at St Ives. The staff were unprofessional and rude. Lots of eye rolling. I could hear them gossiping about a situation that had arisen and it made me feel very uncomfortable.
There appeared to be no management present.
I would highly recommend finding another hairdressing salon. Don't waste your money or time at Boffa.

Good for a quick cut here but I wouldn't get an overly complicated style or colour here as it's more of a simple, cheap place. Kind of like just cuts. Good when you're on a budget

I've been to a lot of hairdressers over the years all over Sydney and the hairdressers at boffa from my experience are professional, efficient, very skilled and affordable. Which is why I've been going here for about three years. My hairdresser always greets me with a smile and is keen for a chat. Yes it's a busy salon but for me that's the sign of a good salon. As a mum to three and working part time my time is precious. I like that I'm not stuck there for hours and hours and I've never been left 'waiting' as a previous review said. Sure my hairdresser goes off to complete a cut whilst my colour is in but that's called time management. And yes other hairdressers do the shampoo and colour occasionally but these are usually apprentices who are learning the trade and are under a watchful eye of my hairdresser. For long hair roots, half head foils, style cut, shampoo and blow dry expect to pay $250-275 depending on the length of your hair.

Good for a quick, basic haircut but I wouldn't get a style cut done here. It can sometimes feel rushed and staff turnover here is high and they book in a lot of appointments.
