Recently had afternoon tea here. The food was really nice and coffee was decently priced. Staff were friendly and I overall had a very positive experience.

I stopped in here for afternoon tea while shopping and had one of the afternoon specials, which was a coffee and cupcake deal. The cupcake was quite moist and tasted of good quality, and the cappuccino was served nice and hot but tasted about average. The prices were good, it was about $6 for the coffee and cake if you go there after 3 in the afternoon. My order took a while coming out though although there weren't that many other customers there at the time, and one of the staff members I encountered were very nice and pleasant however the other one was a bit surly.

I agree that the cake here is pretty fantastic!

Every time I have eaten at Bon Oz Cafe I have always been very happy with the service provided. The staff are all very friendly and the food always tastes fantastic and even when it is packed I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my food.

Love eating here. Fresh food that pretty much always arrives fast and hot. I am not a coffee drinker so can't comment on that but the milkshakes and spiders are yummy.
Love where this cafe is located as well as you can people watch or watch if there is anything going on in centre-court, especially great at Christmas time!

Was a nice area to sit down and relax with friends, although the coffee and food wasn't much to rave about unfortuantly.

Have been having a quick meal here approx. every 6 weeks. There must have been some staff change or something. The coffee the last two times tastes like it is burnt and the food is very disappointing! Service has been good.
Hard to find good cafe food when shopping at these big complexes!

Approximate cost: $16

The meals seen fairly oily and greasy, and the presentation of the meals at my table was also not too appealing. My waitress was also not particularly good at her job and looked like she would prefer to be anywhere else then doing her job. There was a definite lack of enthusiasm.

Approximate cost: $12

I may as well have given my order to a damp cloth. With no personality whatsoever, a young man took our order after we had waited for 30 minutes. This young man makes me wonder why boring and un-polite people ever aim to work in the 'hospitality' industry .
After waiting for half an hour I had plenty of time to work my way through a scummy once-upon-a-time laminated menu. With a selection of over 50 70's inspired dishes I had come to a safe decision - a $10 sandwich, the cheapest on the menu.
I'm never happy when I am paying for a mush of lettuce and strange mayonnaise (among other scary things) slapped onto two pieces of the regions finest stale bread.
After my encounter with what I remember to be a compost like meal (which I didn't eat), my coffee arrived.
True to the 70's style, my 'flat' white arrived with 4 inches of foam on top and the wastage from the Cadbury chocolate factory.
I later enjoyed a much cheaper instant coffee from my kitchen.

Harsh? Yes, but some people simply should not be in business.
