I normally don't bother giving reviews but this time I'm making the effort so that no one else gets burnt like I did. I wish I had have read the reviews before making an appointment to go here. My underarms have been completely burnt where the wax was applied, obviously too hot for my skin. I can't believe the pain I am in. Seriously overcharged for the service and not worth the pain.

I often read reviews, but this evening is the first time I have actually written any.. After having a fantastic massage at Fortitude Valley I just had to post about how great my service was... Which got me thinking about how bad the service is at Bon Visage.. Twice I have been as its just around the corner from my home, & twice I have been so annoyed with the over priced, unprofessional service. The staff dripped hot wax in my eye lashes the 1st time & was really rough & non apologetic about the uncomfortable situation. I cant believe i went back a second time, but i was desperate for an eye brow wax & thought id give them another chance.. Not ideal, but I had my toddler with me & he wasn't perfect but not that load or anything. I had a staff looking after me this visit.The management must have busted in on the service about 5 times saying " come on.. Are you nearly finished?" As staff apparently had someone trying to enjoy a facial & said my son was being too load. This concerned me (& upset my little boy) as I didn't want the staff to rush my brows & although I was only having a brow wax, I too was a customer trying to relax while having my service. Without asking, the management picked up my toddler & plonked him on my stomach. I was then shocked to pay nearly $30 at a suburban salon for an eye brow wax that wasn't even very good. I will never return & want to warn people about how terrible the service & atmosphere is at this place.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bon Visage, I got a very expensive $45 spray tan form this staff. I will admit I was late for the appointment, told me they had no time, but insisted they would quickly spray me anyway. It was the quickest, most rushed tan I have ever experienced and the results showed. I was left with 2 very unnaturally dark thumbs and armpits. I had a dark spray mark along the left side of my neck and my face was not sprayed (I was left with a glowing white face on an unevenly dark tanned body. This tan was ridiculous and so was the price and service. I have had many spray tans in the past and know how to look after it to get the best result. They attempted to correct my tan, but made it worse, as their correction technique stripped my tan. I didnt bother to go back due to my last experience, instead I thought I would warn others who are considering spray tanning with is staff.

Wonderful salon with top class service and products. I always leave feeling special and much more relaxed than when I went in.
