Jess was really fantastic! She did a half head of foils for me and the warm blonde colour was just perfect- it looks so natural. Have had compliments about my hair since. A nice guy who works there also went next door to order me a juice and wheatgrass shot while I had my hair cut, so I got a little bit of 'rock star' service! Definitely recommend it...

Had half a head of blonde foils done at the Chop Shop today and it was the best colour I have had since moving to Australia a year ago! My hair is naturally very dark and I was so impressed with how light the hairdresser was able to get it. I would highly recommend the Chop Shop to anyone looking for a good blonde foils. Also the salon had a good vibe and the staff were really friendly

just hooked up with joey the other day.. awesome cut, nice work at all. that was about 3 weeks ago and i'm still getting compliments for my haircut! says everything about their work i reckon. gotta head up to the shop end of this week again, chatting with the freshest staff i've ever seen, having a nice coffee and getting one of the prolly most sickest cut's you can get in sydney. pretty sure joey's going to make my day again with his amazing style and art to work!

I have been going to the Victoria st Chop shop for over 2 years every 4 weeks and Dan and his great crew give the best cuts and the best service. It took me such a long time to find a Barber in Sydney and Dan is the man. If you want a good cut in a great salon Dan's your man..
