I went to Bondi Junction Medical Practice a month ago. I saw Dr Azar, I left the appointment thinking relieved and that I had finally found a good Doctor. Went to pay for my appointment, I mentioned to the receptionist that I was entitled to a free flu shot, It should of been noted on my file that I was pregnant! The Practice Manager Jenny, came out of her back room and abused me in front of a whole waiting room full of patients, I was politely trying to explain that I was pregnant and entitled to the free vaccine and she argued with me over and over again until I left crying. Another patient followed me out to make sure I was ok and a lovely receptionist called me an hour later to apologise for her manager;s behavior and to see if I was alright. The receptionists are obviously getting abused by this bulldog of a women as well. I have told all of my community to not ever go to this practice again after my experience.
