I would like to advise everyone, that the Bone family sold this replicable business back in 2016. The new owners kept the name, but it has nothing to do with the Bone family at all, any more.

Bones Bakery were able to help me in a hurry! The cake was beautiful and delicious and everyone commented on how nice it was. Great service ... would recommend. Have just ordered some cupcakes ... very helpful, courteous assistants, and very reasonably priced.

Service is friendly and prompt. Pies from this bakery are another hit in our house.

Cakes are nice and reasonably priced (although they just went up recently). Pies aren't great but are OK and are not as good value as the cakes. Can be a long wait at times when they are busy, and even sometime when they aren't (I can't work out what takes so long at times).

These guys make a great coffee and the price is very reasonable. I'm not too fussed on their pies but everything else is great. Their salad sandwiches are brillant and the staff very friendly. We go back again and again

2 days in a row i have been in there served by the same lady all i can say is rude and she shouldn't be in customer service wish they had name tags because I would name her and also inform the owners which are lovely but she puts a sour taste in my mouth where i think i'll go to Georgetown from now on.

I have been a customer of this bakery for 15 years, and the quality and service is still as good as it was at my first visit. I've ordered cakes, which have all been excellent. Their pies and sausage rolls are the best in Newcastle, and their salad sandwiches are so fresh and well made.

Have been buying YUMMY, very good value for money, cakes from this business for decades! Many a good celebration has centred around their cakes.Good range all baked products AND they make coffee, sandwiches ....with tables to sit at too.
