Was so impressed with the service here. Normally not something i do writing a review but I was just so impressed with Declan, the best experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a car. Not only was he not pushy but was so kind to myself and my kids. He took the time to explain everything about the car to me and showing me how everything worked. I WILL BE SENDING PEOPLE HERE.

I have had a bad experience with this dealership. After a 3 page letter of complaint to the owner I was finally contacted and rudely spoken to and acussed of lieing about all the issues I had. unfortunately i have 3 years left on my dealership warranty so I need to keep servicing my vehicle at Booran but I will be going else where after that. i will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership

We have had our Holden car serviced a few times at Booran and are becoming increasingly unimpressed at the additional "add-ons" they manage to sneak into each service. We will not be taking our business back there.
