Today a staff member at boost Southland completely overfilled the drink, I watched the girl inspect the mess and then instead of cleaning up the excess sliding down the side of the cup, the girl placed a lid on and gave the dripping mess to my daughter. The drink went in the bin after 2 sips. It honestly Tasted bad. It’s usually a yummy drink when purchased at our regular store, Something amiss here at the Southland store. Go elsewhere!!!

Boost is easy and quick when you're looking for a smoothie on the run. Convenient location in the middle of the busy part of Southland. I like the 'Grape Escape' all greens and if I am looking for something a bit more indulgent I will get a King William Chocolate. SO yummy!

Always such a refreshing easy way to get my nutrients and thirst quenced! Never have to wait too long like the guys in the city which are very busy.

Great fruit smoothies and average service. Staff seem to be a bit lacking in a professional appearance. I do love the smoothies though.

They had 4 staff on. I was ready to order and the only one at the counter. One girl was looking at her nails and picking at them. Another girl was talking to her colleague about her boyfriend and remaining staff member was cleaning blenders and oblivious to the fact that cleaning blenders does not pay the bills but serving paying customers does. Fist time and last time to boost. I waited about 4 to 5 minutes after which i left after not even being served. Amazing how this could be in this day and age.

Nice drinks, great service - staff are always neat, professionally dressed and very polite whilst also friendly. Store always seems very clean and tidy. Prefer this particular store to Moorabbin or Frankston as the staff are nicer and more professional.
