The employees are always wonderful. Unfortunately you don't get to chat to them like you would in another bookstore.

A great bookstore but a little smaller than most Borders bookstores. However, larger than most bookstores around. Staff are helpful but prices are a little high compared to other bookstores.

Borders are huge and if they do not have the book you want they can order it for you. Sometimes it is hard to find what you want but just ask at the information desk and the staff will walk you to the location

Staff are friendly and helpful. Great to have a cafe in borders, as you could read and have a coffee and good to take children as they can take some books to read while mums having a coffee. Will definately go back there.

Good atmosphere, lots of seating, no pressure to purchase. Great range of books. They send discount coupons via email -- I've purchased quite a few discounted books!

Service is great, but often there aren't enough people to serve customers. Decent range of books, but mainly commercial stuff - the more obscure titles are hard to find. Great number of magazines though! Has a cafe inside which is fairly comfy.

Borders in Hornsby have a huge variety of books. They always have coupons you can use to lower the prices of the books and they have sales a lot of the time. The service is friendly and helpful and the books are of great condition when you buy them!

This Shop is a really good Bookstore. It has a huge variety and things are very easy to find. Sometimes they have a '2 for 3' offer - where you get 3 books for the price of 2! Its great! These books are also competitivley priced
