I loved this store it was relaxing and great to spend time at.What a shame it had to close.I was one disappointed customer.

I think that borders is a great place. Not only does it sell books they have a Gloria Jeans in the back and have Cd's and DVDs too.

Fantastic service - beautiful store. Staff are helpful and friendly, and the overall ambiance of the store is quite wonderful.

It is always a pleasant experience to visit Borders Kotara.
They have the largest selection of books, and I love the expansive stationary and magazine options.
Borders is one of my first stops when visiting Westfield Kotara.
The service is of top quality, and as with all other Borders I have visited, there is always the self service option for the customer to be able to search for a particular item themselves.

good service. great range. cosy feel. The shop has plenty of variety but i think a more esoteric selection would be helpful. range of magazines is brilliant and prices are reasonable. More browsing seats would be great. All in all, a good experience.

Huge variety of books, magazines, CDs and DVDs and always the option to order in something that is unavailable. Borders also allows for online shopping. However, places like Big W are cheaper but they have a more limited stock range and you cannot always find what you are looking for there. Borders tends to have really large stores which can make finding what you want difficult, however staff are more than willing to help and item locator computers are available.

I had trouble finding the book I was looking for but the staff we very helpful and made my shopping so much easier. The range of books far out ways other book shows including the hard to get titles and as they also see magazines, I will shopping there again

i love borders, the people who work there are always SUPER friendly, huge range of books. They are a little more expensive but, they do have the hard to find books.

Great book shop! They have a huge range of different books and the children's section is excellent. They also have computers so you can quickly search for specific books for yourself.
