Walked in and got served by new manager got a great wash and cut. Felt that the service was above and beyond from my usual experience as a walk in customer. Left feeling relaxed and renewed. Made my day!

First time customer at Bossy Hair Cannon Hill today and I am very happy with my colour and cut. Abby did a fab job with my foils and Danyal cut my hair as I wanted. He was very helpful, pleasant and professional. One thing I was happy with was that the music was not loud and uncomfortable. One happy customer who will be back.

Reading EmmaD4's review I have to say my experience was quite similar. Instead of feeling good about myself as you normally do when your hair is being done I felt like I was being put down. I would never go there again as the hairdresser I had was quite rude and it seemed like he enjoyed making me feel awkward.

I was greeted by the front door staff saying that my appointment was not in the system. Instead of working something out quickly and politely, they made me sit for half an hour until they told me that someone could take care of me. My eyebrows were waxed very badly by an obvious apprentice and when my hair was being cut, I was continually being insulted about how I treated my hair by the hairdresser. He gasped and looked down on me for not getting my hair cut regularly, and raised his eyebrows when I told him that I dyed my own hair. I was not impressed.

Cheap prices if you have a discount voucher and don't get a senior consultant. Salon is OK, a bit bland though. They are open after hours, but hard to get a senior consultant after work hours.
