I have been a customer for a number of years.. All the staff are very professional. The optometrists have the latest eye testing equipment. Contact lenses and frames are available.

I have been going to Bowen and Letts since I was a kid. The staff are always friendly and happy to have a good chat. The optometrists are all excellent and have always looked after me whenever I have an appointment. They are really good with helping me find the glasses that suit me and once my glasses are in, they let me straight away and fit them when I go to pick them up. I recently got a new pair of glasses and it took only 4 working days for them to arrive - I call that speedy service!
