AVOID this business. Negligent, dodgy, and awful to deal with. They allowed our properties to be trashed, tenants to not pay their bills, and did not maintain the properties that they were paid to look after. Don't rent from them and definitely DO NOT let them manage your properties. Otherwise you could suffer like we have. They have cost us 10s of thousands of dollars. AND THEY DONT CARE!
