the reception's attitude is very bad, they didn't listen to you very carefully and do not answer questions I asked! They just blame my English make them don't understand me. But I don't think my English is that bad. If they don't want to speak to Chinese people, they shouldn't work at Box Hill!

Had the experience of having an MRI on my ankle, the staff were great, informing me of the process, ensuring that it was comfortable and stress free. Can bring your own music to pass the time, as the machine is quite loud.

20 week ultrasound for pregnancy. I had such a wonderfull lady do the ultrasound, was really friendly, chatty and seemed to love what she did as a living. There are lots of locations throughout melbourne where you can have it done and I have been to a few different ones, this one is definately the best. Ask for a DVD of the ultrasound and it costs you an extra $10, really nice to be able to show the grandparents.
