The excellent team provide newcomers with encouragement, and guidance all the way! Plus they don't hit you back. After all it is for fitness. Just bring your own water and a towel. All equipment is provided. If you have your own 'inner' gloves bring them as the boxing gloves provided are a bit smelly. One on one training is available.
