Ordered ICED Chocolate got warm milk not cold so hence not iced! Had to wait for 15 minutes as order had been put through as already processed. Apology given by 2 different people with 2 different excuses so how is one to know what the truth is?

Blackwood has a cafe and chocolate destination. It is now in the old Blackwood Sound location (Woolworths centre). Care has been taken in establishing this store with work continuing for many weeks. Noticed it was open today and so enjoyed a coffee and my husband had a hot chocolate. Both were enjoyable and the dessert options available were mouth watering. Do not know the phone no unfortunately
