I own three investment properties in inner melbourne suburbs and I can honestly say that Brad Teal have done an amazing job. The property manager Jessica who looks after me is very experienced, meets requests and delivers when she says she will. I find that the service level in general at Brad Teal Brunswick is exceptional across the board as I had a sales valuation recently and the information provided to me was factual, thorough and presented to me respectfully- not the typical pressured sales pitch like most!
Fees are reasonable but then you get what you pay for...
