Another one for Sunshine Coast
We ordered our windows (new house) all was straight forward up to that point. Unfortunately it went all down hill from there. Lots of window frames were scratched when they arrived. Bradnams promised to replace or fix them straight away. That was back in July and it is end of January now and we are still waiting.
We also ordered our fly-screens and were promised delivery in 14 days, no problem. As it turns out just another promise. Naturally they took our money up front...
Update: The saga continuous... we received some of the fly-screens however 6 were the wrong size so another 14 days, we were told.

Bradnams sunshine coast was the worst company we dealt with on our build. Waited 3 months to have windows completed, poor quality, and shocking workmanship. No answers and no help or aftersales service. Once they get your money they wipe you!! Have had to pay other glaziers to repair there windows before house was finished. after spending $30k.

they helped us when we were doing large scale building renovations on my mums house. they had a wide range of everything for windows, doors, security doors and grilles. great service too! very helpful staff, great understanding of the renovation process and time line requirements
