Truly awful company. Previous owner of my car installed their crappy immobiliser. It promptly broke stranding me in the middle of heavy traffic. They do not allow people to visit their workshop, and will only send a technician out for a high fee. When I called them on the phone to quote for repairs, I was told the worst case scenario would be $300 to repair the unit. Technician shows up, identifies the fault immediately, and tells me it will be $500 to replace the unit on top of his $120 repair fee!! I ask how a "worst case scenario of $300" turns into a $620 bill. I'm told "take it or leave it", at which point I tell him to leave. He rudely says they will still be charging me the $120 "callout fee". Most unethical business I have dealt with to date. I replaced the entire immobiliser unit and have a brand new model for $300. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!
