fixed the colour and foils after having a bad experience elsewhere, it was for my hair for my sister’s wedding and it looked amazing thank you so much ladies

The haircuts at Brava are decent, so if you're going for a haircut i would recommend. Never had hair dyed or coloured there so cant really comment. Had my hair styled there a couple times, has been a bit of a mixed bag depending on who does your hair but after the last time will never go again. Hair was frizzy, not curled properly, flat and looked better before it was touched, it was just overall terrible and very disappointing. Tried to communicate this with hairdresser but time was running short and the damage was done, had to go home and rush to re-do it myself. Also, just a heads up that the appointment will usually run 15 mins late which can be frustrating if you're running on any sort of schedule.

I have just had the worst haircut of my life. I have short hair & I made an appointment to have my grey roots covered & the back & sides of my hair neatened up. The girl who butchered my hair didn't introduce herself so I can't give a name. I still have grey hair around my face & the neckline was so bad I had to make a mercy dash to another salon to have it fixed. I will never go back & wouldn't recommend the salon to anyone. A one star rating is too high for this salon.

A good experience all round. The hair cut and styling was good but not city quality but for the price I was impressed. I found them all very professional and will be back for colour.

i went for a cut and colour, i got a cut, a colour, a wash, a head massage, a blowdry and a cup of tea with lots of friendly chit chat too, not once did they try push me out the door!!!

I always get my hair coloured, cut and blowdry here. I never sit around waiting and I always feel special. I am out of there in the required time. I love having my hair washed as their chairs are so comfortable. The girls are always happy and very pleasant

Too big for their boots - knew them when they were smaller and in Mortdale and the owner was their most days - now too many young staff - my curls fell out after 2 hours also the next time I was passed onto the juniour for the blow dry - not good enough
