I have been a customer of Brazillian Beauty for 5 years, when I first started receiving the service, they were great, I had one lady who I would see at each visit and she always remembered what I was wanting. 6 months later they changed ladies, and within 4 months I had 9 different women treating me. Each one less caring. I stopped going, but went back after 2 years, now they only offer a quarter of the treatment area compared to what I used to received for twice the price. Then on top of that, the lady is very rough with the razor - clipping my skin and causing me to bleed, she also tried to convince me that paying for 2 separate areas as opposed to one area would be more value in the end she tried to charge me and extra $12 for 2 areas and even when I calculated her prices and told her what the total value was, she still tried to declare that I was receiving better value for a smaller area at a higher price. On top of this, when I first started going I was told my points I receive are lifetime and can use them whenever I need, then I go to use my points 18 months later only to find out my 3500 points had near expired and I was left 80 points. At no time do they mention that your points are due to expire nor do they offer you the chance to use them. They want your money and that's all.
Before my treatment I was advised that it's not guaranteed! At $100 a treatment with no Guarantee it will actually work, would think they can at least offer some extra value service to keep their customers returning. One treatment is not enough and in the first 3 months you are advised to book weekly appointments for improved results, all up the full treatment totals around $3000 for non- guaranteed treatment, and your hair grows back thicker and faster after 3 years!

These girls are great, always professional and incredibly friendly. They provide an excellent service and have all obviously been well trained. Very good at waxing and always make my eyebrows look beautiful.
