Very helpful and friendly staff. There's a huge choice of options and they even added a hanger after we'd already paid at no charge. Nothing was too much trouble.

I've had a few separate items framed here, and my most recent one was ready 5 days earlier than promised, so I was very happy about that! The staff are really helpful with ideas on frames and mat colours and are happy to show you other options when you're not sure exactly what you want. Will definitely be using them again.

I had five large photos to frame, they were so professional and sat with me for about 20 minutes making sure we got everything right for each of the different photos and frames and helped to colour match the frames with the tone of the photos. I asked if I could get one done quicker than the rest to take interstate as a gift. To my shock I got a phone call letting me know that he had done all 5 frames in a much shorter time. No extra charge! Hows that for service.
