Well, after numerous sms's to have my electronics on my Rinnai Infinity checked and fixed, I walked my way through the manual and eventually got the wireless function working.
At least 3 attempts over the past 6 months to get a reply to my contact, and not once did I receive a reply. Not good enough. If you're too busy, a simple courtesy reply would be appreciated. Won't go there again

Contacted and left sms message re some jobs but did not even get the courtesy of a return sms message

Brian is amazing! Left a message, he got back to me in within the hour. He was round within 30 minutes and had my hot water system up and running temporarily and came back to fix it properly in the morning. Well priced. Top notch service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
