My name is Brian Moyle and I've been a full-time personal trainer for over 17 years. I work with clients to gain significant, long-term weight loss by following sound, scientific methods in training, nutrition, and lifestyle.
While most trainers out there are only focussed on your exercise, I get the massive results that I do with my clients by focussing on four different pillars:
Exercise - We use exercise for two benefits, one is to burn calories but probably more importantly it is to preserve or even build muscle so that the weight we lose is ONLY body fat. That way, we look toned and have shape when we reach our goal
Nutrition - I'm not going to tell you what to eat. But I am going to make sure that our diet is aligned with our weight loss goals. That means fewer calories, more protein, and lots of nutrients
Lifestyle - We can burn a significant amount of calories in 30-minutes. But not nearly as much as someone living an active lifestyle. Small changes in our daily routines can equal big changes in our weight loss goals
Mindset - this is the most important pillar. We need the right mindset to keep us on track, consistent, and motivated with our exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle. We will set progress goals, discover your desire and build accountability into our training to make sure that you stick to the path
I have my own fully equipped, air-conditioned private studio in Everton Park. Decked out with full commercial-grade equipment we have everything we need for an awesome workout without all the egos, sweat, and loud music down at your local gym.
These face-to-face sessions are a great opportunity for us to make sure that you are keeping on track, check your technique, demonstrate the intensity that you should be working at and ensure that you are getting results!
Although the core of our contact will be in our training sessions, it doesn't end there. On top of this, I will help you design an effective training program for you to do on the days where we don't train together. This will be delivered via my own fitness app so that I can keep track of your training remotely and keep you accountable. This app also gives us the ability to keep track of your nutrition and any regular habits/goals that we may want to add.
