I had such a horrid experience at this store. I trusted them with my delicate clothing as they are a specialised bridal drycleaner. A family member put a silk dress with sequins in for dry cleaning and was told they could do it. They took my contact number and told her it would be ready Saturday. Saturday arrived and I had to wait 10 minutes while an upset bride was told ehr dress would cost $150 more than they quoted to clean. With a line forming I handed over my docket- they couldn't' find my dress! After another 10 minutes it was found and I was told it couldn't be cleaned. I asked why they didn't contact me to tell me- they said they had no contact information for me! (My docket says differently, its all computerised!) I will never ever be returning.
