I went to bridal revival for my wedding dress alterations and had a fantastic experience. My dress required quite a large amount of taking in and bridal revival was very professional and organised. Customer service and the quality of my alteration were excellent. Would recommend bridal revival to anyone needing their dress altered. They also have a large range of wedding and bridesmaid dresses.

This would have to be the worst example of customer service I have ever encountered. The lady was rude and unhelpful and completely disinterested in providing any help whatsoever. Considering the cost of a wedding dress is several thousand dollars I would expect that the staff member to be attentive and polite. The woman looked me up and down and declared that none of her dresses would suit me so was there any point in trying them on?! (I'm a size 10) It was the first bridal store I had gone into and did not know what to expect. I was so shocked I just stood there and simply said but can I still try something on? The lady had to enter the dressing room with me to help put the dresses on and again felt the need to make a comment on my choice of underwear (black). I tried on two dresses in the store and then left. It took me another month before I felt confident enough to go wedding dress shopping. In what should be one of the happiest times in your life this woman made me feel like absolute crap. I'm surprised she still remains in business.
