Amazing, fluffy potato cakes! The fish and chips were well done, and staff were friendly. Just remember to bring cash, as they don't take card.

I miss living in Aspendale because of my Bridge withdrawals! I've never been able to find a fish 'n' chip shop that I loved as much as this place in my local area since. The staff are incredibly friendly and I'm always happy with the quality of the food. I guess you could say this place has atmosphere - it's clean and fresh without being modern and pretentious

The fish we got from here was pretty bland for blue grenadier. We even saw them get two frozen pieces of fish from the freezer, frozen stiff and put them into the deep frier. So if you don't mind frozen flavourless fish, then this is the place to go. Otherwise not that great. Also you had to pay extra for a humble lemon when other places will give you a couple of wedges if lemon for free. This may have made it more palatable at least (or tartare sauce if it weren't so overpriced). Otherwise, it was cooked okay. I wouldn't go back in a hurry.

Old school fish and chips. Fantastic hand cut chips, good food, great prices without the pretentious feel for new places. If you want a great fish and chip without th trendy scenery this the place for you.

I've ordered from here before a few times and never had to wait long. Longest I've waited was 20mins but it was a pretty big order and on a fri night. Chips are generous portions - would have been fine with a small for myself cus ended up leaving just under half! Can't go wrong - won't disappoint!

Lovely fish, and the best cooked chips in Main Street, quick service and friendly staff, a little more expensive than others in the area but very much worth it, try it out for yourself.

Great Fish and Chip shop to take down to Mordi beach and/ or pier. Friendly staff. I recommend the souvlakis.
