Bridgestone Select

My car's three tyres were VANDALIZED with 25mm long × 8mm Thread Size, Hexagonal head, Coach Screw. Took vehicle to them . They treated me fairly, with respect and understanding. They displayed and executed their duties to a very high professional standard. It was pleasing to wait while my tyres were being repaired. The friendly, clean and welcoming environment where I waited, indicated they set high standards and aim to deliver. I can not think of anything that may had improved my experience. All I can say, is "thank you Bridgestone Tyres Woolloongabba, for the wonderful service you delivered".
I will return.

Went for a simple tire change. Car has splitters on front bumper which they promptly broke when one of the employees took the car for a drive. The entrance to their premises has a moderately steep change in gradient which was the likely culprit. This could have been easily avoidable had they taken the time and care to simply angle the vehicle appropriately and go slowly when exiting their driveway (as I was able to do quite effortlessly the previous day and as I do at various other places). No real apologies on site, merely that the splitters were already a bit loose and fell off 'somewhere in the parking lot'.

Force of the impact on the splitter also damaged the paint on the underlying bumper. Luckily the splitters were only affixed with double sided tape meaning that the impact detached them as opposed to putting more stress and potentially causing more damage to bumper.

Tyre change itself was as expected but really not worth it if you factor in the extra cost you'll have to spend if they recklessly drive your car and cause paint damage.

Would avoid this place.

I rang loads of companies, and found the advantage with Bridgestone is that they will rotate your tyres for free every 5000 km's. This service cost money at all other places I rang.

What was disappointing is that the car was booked in at 8 am and wasn't done till 10 am, made planning the day a bit hard, make sure you confirm the time with them before you go in to avoid having to entertain yourself for a few hours.
