4 weeks out from my son's wedding & put my new beaded long dress in to have a small mark removed & dress steamed to remove creases. On return numerous beads were missing & dress totally unwearable. On collection I was told no beads had come off but they had trouble removing a spot which originally wasn't visible & still isn't on inspection, hence they once again put it through a tumble cleaner!!!!!!! Who would clean a delicate beaded gown in a tumble cleaner???? No offer of compensation or apology. Certainly will not be using them again.
