Their service is incredibly bad, we have discovered that our tenants were not getting our messages and we were not getting our tenants messages, we have been charged for things we have asked not to have done on the house as well as items we should not have been charged for (based on the contract). Long periods where there is no response or action on our simple questions. If we were not so far away, we would have changed agents long ago. In summary: Avoid.
