Absolute disgrace....DO NOT use Never called us to explain any process or provide any guidance whatsoever. Had to constantly call and call to get any information and when we did get information it was like getting blood out of a stone. One particular staff is nothing but rude and arrogant. All up I can count atleast 6 different people that handled the file. They missed going unconditional because they couldn't be bothered to open the file until the day we were supposed to go unconditional and then requested an extension without even telling us and then charged us for it! We were never told about any of the fees and charges before they hit us with an $1100 bill at the end. They made the whole process much more stressful than if needed to be and they should be absolutely ashamed of their service. Disgusted!

DO NOT USE this conveyancer!!! As other reviews indicate, there are many other extras which will push the fee well over the 'fixed' price. However, even worse than this is the complete lack of professionalism displayed. They do not return phone calls or emails. This is particularly upsetting when there are issues with the transaction. It also took numerous emails and phone calls to have the excess trust monies returned to me. I finally received the refund 7 weeks post settlement, without any kind of apology for the delay.

Unfortunately their service is not very good and their fee is not a fixed price as their website suggests. Terms and conditions are long but from there you can find that lots of extra fees are probably quite common. I would not recommend them.

I highly recommend home buyer and seller not to engage this company. Heaps of hidden fees which cost us thousand of dollars and they did not keep with deadlines, pick up phone calls or even reply emails.I have already file a dispute for this company and i suggest everyone to avoid this company.
