I received multiple calls telling me they could get me what I wanted. Sent me emails of cars. When I rang and said which one they told me they had all been sold. However, if I paid they guaranteed they could get me what I wanted immediately. I, like a fool paid. Now I cannot get hold of anyone. DO NOT USE THEM.

I asked if the reports were from independent mechanics that they hired told them I was sceptical should of gone with my instincts they said yes they order thorough reports on going until they find a car
I spoke to my contact and called him numerous times asking questions..
Once I paid I got cars sent that were older then I wanted and were from public auctions and only one car had a report that pickles do and it is not very complex..
I could no longer get hold of my contact and ended up with a different contact
No emails returned and no reports after asking a million times and utes with a squillion kilometres.
I have engaged fair trading and my bank as I have up trying to get a car through them as I needed one in 2 weeks and had also emphasised this and they told me no problem...

Steer clear, Dodgy operators, the car reports are false. Bought a car at Auction on the 4th July, their car report stated scratches, dents. Photos do not show any damage. As car is 2009 model you expect minor scratches and dents. The car has hail damage!!!!! huge big ass dents all over.
They convinced me not to use my own transport company as car was from Victoria. (So they can overcharge you when you do roadworthy and they can throw their hands in the air when questioned about the hail damage and new scratches). By the 25th July I had enough, I sent my husband to find their offices in Southport. They trade out of a tiny office under AFS Real estate???? 2/33 Egerton street, Southport. (Black Door). They were so shocked my husband found their premises and had no choice but give him the car. We had to get roadworthy etc. ourselves. They keep your car and use any excuse to charge you for additional charges that are not actually there, they work with their own mechanics to rip you off. To fix the huge ass dents and scratches, will cost me more than the car is worth.
All the staff at BDA are working together to make maximum dollar off you, they palm you off from one person to another. THE MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! A Current Affair story in progress....

I wish i could give them zero and take them to court as they are a punch professional thieves. They convinced me that they only use dealers auctions, not open-for-public auctions in order to get the car i want at least 2K-3K under the market value. 10 weeks of frustrating emails and calls that pushed me to change my request to a different car make. Eventually, i got a good car but not my preferred make and after all the overall expenses i ended up paying $3000 over the market value. That not the only thing, also i found after that, this car was from a public auction as long as all the other cars they offered me and they even copied and pasted Manheim auction car details and put it together in a fancy report as it's their work. After that i wanted to post on their social media my own feedback, then i found that all their social media links are fake and taking u back to their website. That must be a way to stop people like this staying in business ripping people off day and night.

Never would i recommend this pathetic excuse for a vehicle dealer. The treatment I received as a customer since taking delivery of my vehicle was so bad. I eventually received some relief after a civil court order against them. Do not involve yourself with these people. The statutory warranty they give is absolutely useless as they refuse each and every issue.

I experienced the Worst customer service ever, I have had to chase sales staff and left numerous messages which were never returned so NOT pay for this service total waste of money and they refuse to refund, formal complaint will be made and also transaction dispute with my bank

I engaged BDA to source me a VE2 sportswagon. They located one in Townsville, sent me a report and discussed the purchase. A couple of small dents, a scrape, a couple of holes. Look at the pics but didn’t have one of the front. It has a few knocks but I agreed to bid on the car. That was 26/4/18. After I won the bid my mate noticed the door was a different shade. It had been repaired.
I told them I wanted a used car not a damaged car. He actually said to me ‘ it’s not that bad’. For the next 4 weeks back and forth we went.

I was told the polish had changed the texture and the difference wasn’t as bad.
I was told they sprayed primer on the door and it dulled it, so would I accept it

Nope, nudder, neit, no way.

They fixed the car finally but had found a low battery code. Which was $100 to clear and charge battery. NB the car had been at BDA since 9/5/18 and it was now 21/5/18 and this was my responsibility.

So I go down today and look at the door, it’s good now and I sign for delivery. We go back out and now looking at the car discover the ‘dint’ is actually smash damage and the arm rest is ripped.

I doubled back on all the photos and not one of the front. And no mention at all from 9/5/18 til today 24/5/18. Not in report.
And they wonder why I am angry it’s been a month since I parted with my cash.

No do not go near them . I have just had the same muck around . The car they offered me was a bait . When I inquired about the car I was bidding on some how it was sold before going to auction. The condition report was basic even listing the wrong engine size . Going to ACCC
