I used to vist a dentist in the City which meant that I had to make my way into town, park etc.. Emergency appointments generally needed a week lead time to be seen. I had been going to this dentist for about 5 years and needed an emergency appointment. A week later I turned up (after missing something at my daughter's school) only to be told that there was no appointment and no chance to be seen. Apparently I had spoken to the 'temp' receptionist the week before - but as there was no apology for any inconvenience, I left in disgust. A friend recommended Close Dental and I have not looked back.

Close Dental is a modern "village" practice. The staff are all happy and smiling and in the last 2-3 years that I have been a client, I have not seen any staff leaving. They get to know their customers and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs (even the non dental related ones). Emergency appointments are usually dealt with that same day or within 24 hours. Sometimes I have rung and been told "Can you get here in 10 minutes?" Despite the busy-ness of the practice, it runs very efficiently (the wait time for regular appointments is never more than 10 minutes) and the girls always make you feel like you are their number one most valued client.

I bring my 4 children into see the lovely Dr Cate, whose friendly manner takes the stress and fear out of 'visting the dentist'.

It also helps that the practice is equipped with State of the Art technology so procedures are as minimally invasive as they can be.

You will probably find a "cheaper" dental practice around but you probably won't find better.

The staff are friendly, informative and skilled at what they do! The first time I walked in the door at Close Dental, (an emergency reccomendation by a friend), I was in tears because I was upset about losing a prominent tooth and didn't want a big gap in my smile. After seeing the dentist, I was reassured by the options for treatment and the kind response to my emotional meltdown. I now continue to go to Close Dental and find the great staff and little touches such as the "goodie bag" of information, floss, brush etc make it a good experience.

I normally avoid the Dentist like the Plaque however all the team at Close are great from the reception then Janelle , the funny Lizzy and Dr Hayden. will visit again and with fonder memories than past dental experiences.

Always love going to the dentist to visit the fantastic team at Close Dental. From the reception to the Dental Hygienists to the Dentists, every single person in that Dental Office is smiling and helpful. I have received extensive treatment here but now only have to go for a clean every few months as they have brought my teeth into a great state of health. Highly recommended.

Happy, friendly staff that were happy to accommodate my needs. All procedures were explained to be thoroughly and clearly. Facilities were clean, tidy and professional looking.

I had extensive repairs to my front teeth over a period of six months. From the first consultation to the very last the service and professional approach by all the staff was aqdmirable. Every option to me was explained clearly and the end result of each option detailed. At no time was I pressured to perform the most expensive option. I've been to alot of dentists in my lifetime as I do have poor teeth. I am always hesitant to try a new dentist and was very hesitant to try dr. close. They addressed all my questions and have referred many friends. Best dentist I've seen in 3 continents as I am not Australian.

Their service is absolutely fantastic - I have actually never received better customer service anywhere I have been! I am terrified of dentists and they actually put you at ease. The dentist is very gentle and I have never walked out of there with any pain. They are a little expensive but that is expected from a dental surgery. 100% recommended!

It had been 20 years since I had been at the dentist mostly through fear. I found all the staff to be be very friendly and kind. Both dentist and hygienist were gentle and put my mind at ease. I had some major work done over a couple of years and they were understanding of my time frames and help set up a payment plan. The whole experience was easily and relatively painless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
