Brisbane Livewell Clinic - Wavell Heights

Paid for a genetic test (quite expensive)and had an appointment for 3 weeks later to get the results. Paid another consultation fee only to be told that the test was not back! Later was told that the test had failed and the reasons were either I ate or drank before the test (which I didn’t) or I was on medication that I had not told them about (which I wasn’t)! The naturopath said out of countless tests over 4 years, that mine was the only one that had ever failed! So basically blamed me for the failure. Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and feel as though the whole thing was a scam! I also felt as though I could not continue attending a clinic that I had lost all faith and trust in.
When I asked for a refund they said the test was done by a third party company and I couldn’t get a refund! Even a refund of the second consultation fee, where I was told that the test was not back, would have at least been something! Total scam in my opinion.
