I bought a $270 tree from here wanted to support a local business rather than large chain store. Unfortunately the tree died within 10 days of delivery. They were very quick to respond to my emails and offer a replacement plant. I was told that in order for the replacement plant to be delivered I had to pay a $60 delivery fee which I didn’t think was fair. After a bit of back and forth Isaac said they would provide a full refund which I was happy with.
