It seems this system has incorrectly stated that Brisbane Shade & Sails does Indoor and Outdoor Blinds, Awnings and Shutters.
It does not - Brisbane Shade & Shutters does.
Rebecca494 has accidently review the incorrect business as Brisbane Shade & Sails have no need for scaffolding to be errected for their jobs.
Avoid this company like the plague! 6 weeks turned into 6 months. Multiple install dates with incorrect product, products that didn’t work, inability to install due to height not reported on quote that company tried to charge me extra $2000 for scaffolding. Rude and insulting managers, inability to escalate concerns. Very long, difficult and painful experience which left us having to source products from another company to get job finished. Left us willing to pay triple price elsewhere rather than have to deal with them!

Hi Rebecca I have just found your old review as no one Brisbane Shade & Sails knew that we were on wordofmouth website. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. I am a little confused with it though as Bribane Shade & Sails don't use scaffolding for anything. I do beliver that a few people have been getting us confused with Brisbane Shade & Shutters who are located at Greenslopes. I just wanted to make it quite clear we are not the same company and if you were gettting Awnings, Blinds or Shutters installed that you most deffinately have the wrong company. We only install Shade Sails, Shade Structtures and Umbrellas. So if by chance you have gottent the incorrect company would you please mind removing this review from our company and possibly putting it against the correct one. Thank you so much. Again I'm so sorry to hear you have had what sounds like a rather traumatic experience with another company. We wish you all the best.
