The staff were extremely friendly and concerned about what I had to say regarding my child's issues. After initial testing, i was given almost an hour of explanations and was not charged anymore than usual. We have been going to their speech therapist for four sessions now and I have learned so much and we are making great progress already. They do not over charge and have convenient satellite practices.

An initially good experience gave way to an ultimately disappointing experience. Friendly on initial contact, first came to my attention when my father had a stroke. He was seeing a lovely young woman who we felt comfortable with. He believed himself to be making good progress when the therapist changed suddenly. Think this was due to staff turnover but we were not really in the loop. It was a scary time and I expected a bit more communication with the family and consistency of patient management. This was not forthcoming and we have since switched therapists.
